Dell Open Manage requires a 32bit lib of pam_hulk.so and cPanel seems to jack this up.
So if your trying to install Open Manage on a cPanel system you will need to do this.
SOLUTION
cd /lib/security/
wget http://www.mutface.com/server/pam_hulk.so
chmod 755 pam_hulk.so
